Get your knowledge base live in under 10 minutes. Connecting to Claiq’s IQ Guide also requires an active Claiq plan (billed separately from Khub unless you subscribe through Claiq Pro or Business, which include Khub).
Create your account
Go to www.khubai.io and click Start free. Enter your name, email and a password (min 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase and a number). You can also sign up with Google.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for the verification email from Khub. Click the link to confirm your account, then return to www.khubai.io/signin to log in.
Name your knowledge base
Give it a descriptive name (e.g. 'Acme Support Hub'). Khub will suggest a starter structure based on common use cases.
Add your first knowledge
Start with FAQs and key product details. Even 5–10 items makes a meaningful difference to your AI’s accuracy. Use the Add Item button, fill in the Title and Content, then save as Published.
Connect to Claiq
Subscribe to Claiq if you haven’t already, then sign in at claiq.io with the same email. Open the Khub panel in your Claiq workspace — no API keys. A Khub-only subscription does not include Claiq.
Go live
With Claiq and Khub on the same account, the IQ Guide can use your published knowledge. Visit your Claiq page and ask something your FAQs cover.
Don’t wait until your knowledge base is ‘complete’ to connect. A small, accurate Khub is better than a large, half-finished one.
